Tech companies often need a unified platform to sell both products and services while managing complex inventories, client interactions, and service offerings. The challenge was to create a scalable, multi-purpose solution that could handle e-commerce transactions and consulting service management seamlessly.
Solution
A dual-section platform was developed, comprising: E-commerce Section: For tech products, including catalog management, secure payments, order tracking, and inventory management. Consulting Services Section: To manage service offerings, bookings, client interactions, and project tracking. The platform was built using Angular for a responsive front-end and .NET Core with C# for the backend. SQL handled data storage, and the system was deployed on Microsoft Azure to ensure scalability and high availability. CI/CD pipelines were implemented for automated testing and continuous deployment.
